The Kennett’s were so fun! They have a beautiful home we shot at then let the kids jump in the pool and capture them swimming around. They are such a nice family and I look forward to future sessions with them!

Yep! Today is my birthday! It’s my last one without being a parent… seems weird to think from now on I will get “mommy” birthday cards! I am very thankful for making it-every birthday I am. I am alive, have a wonderful husband, family, group of friends, a talent I wouldn’t give up for anything, a successful business and a little blessing coming into our lives in a few weeks.
Happy birthday to me!

Bernie came into this world about 2 weeks ago and I was so excited her mom (who I’ve been good friends with since high school) and dad called me for a portrait session. She was so quiet and loved her picture being taken! Enjoy the slideshow and sample images!

WOW was I so excited to photograph the birth of Hudson! Her mom is one of my dear friends from high school and I felt so honored they allowed me in the room to photograph such an intimate event (I was way off to the side so I wasn’t in anyone’s way). I am pleased to announce I am now offering birth photography as an add on to my year of portraits packages. You can see this is something priceless and worth every single penny.

Today is my sister’s birthday! Sadly, it’s her last bday here in San Diego as they are picking up and moving away to Colorado. The good news? I will be doing business over in Boulder, Colorado so if you are in the Boulder/Broomfield, Colorado area and need some portraits, give me a call!
